CEO/Head of Training
My name is Darryl Johnson
With a comprehensive background in safety and mixed martial arts, I initiated my career as an Armed Driver for Loomis, advancing to the position of Armed Service Technician. I further developed my expertise at a Public Safety Academy, where I served as a public safety officer in hospital settings. Concurrently, I gained experience with various smaller security agencies and held the role of sergeant of security at barracks, enhancing my leadership capabilities. I then founded my own security agency, initially working as a bouncer at bars and progressively managing crowd control for major events. Committed to continuous professional development, I pursued education and mentorship in electronics and gunsmithing, achieving certifications as a Taser instructor, tactical drone operator, ASP instructor, as well as certifications in CPR, first aid, and trauma care instruction.

Incentivized Point System
We created a point system dedicated to aiding officers in maintaining their capabilities on and off shift. By allowing officers the ability to earn points that can be redeemed for cash prizes in our armory, officers will be able to utilize these points for many different items including but not limited to ammunition, security equipment, range memberships, etc.
Transparent Operations
Knowing what your guards are doing every moment on shift is important for transparency. We track all reports and where each incident occurred, mitigating all security risks to a minimum and maintaining compliance. Our Commercial clients are granted access to our client portal making those documents easily accessible.
The Future of Training
At Black Calvary Security, our officers undergo intense diversity, sensitivity, and communication training. Empathy plays a major role in preventing incidents, staying in compliance, and retaining patrons. Identifying threats and learning how to reduce the production of them is our specialty. All of our officers undergo mandatory physical, firearm, software and equipment training necessary to comply with the sites requirements.
At Black Calvary Security we vow to invest all of our efforts to keeping civilians safe. Having started operations in Missouri in 2020 during COVID, an attempt to protect civilians during a pandemic crisis, we still have an incident rate of 0.
